When Worship Becomes Warfare

Don’t let the beautiful garments fool you. When I dance, I war.

Blessed be the Lord my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: — Psalm 144:1

As ministers of dance, we are atmosphere shifters. We stand on the front line and do heavenly battle to usher in the spirit of God and break the yokes of bondage off of His people. It’s not enough to dance. It’s not enough to twirl. We must be about God’s business and we must tap into the Holy Spirit. It is an honor to be an intercessor in dance and my prayer is that as I move the Spirit of God move on the people of God.
